"Orlando Grasshopper"
This painting was inspired by a photo my daughter took of a Grasshopper in Orlando, Florida. The leaves were green, but I painted them colors from my imagination.
 
"Homossassa Alligator" - SOLD
This is my first impressionist Oil Painting! I took a photo of an alligator at Homossassa State Park, then let myself interpret it on canvas. The red around the alligator symbolizes "danger", but I made him white to symbolize that he's an innocent wild animal doing what he has to for survival. His setting I painted in exaggerated colors as if seen through a magic lens, like a psychedellic day! Painting is fun!
 
 
This painting of a Magnolia has been finished since I took this photo, but it is on display now at Brooksville City Hall, so this photo will do until the return of the original.
