Ok, this is not a "Glamor Shot", but I am the "real deal". I love life and am thrilled that I made it to the age of 68 with very good health. You can count on my continuing to create art and work on improving my abilities as long as I am able to! Bless you for looking at my site, and take the time to "smell the roses", my friend!

 

This is a painting done in watercolor of yet another orchid from the dining table on the "Zweiderdam". Oops, I just noticed, this is not the photo of the finished painting. I will upload that when I get the original back from Brooksville City Hall. Notice these colors are complete fantasy. The orchid was really yellow with hints of blue and green.

 

This is the late Thelma Winter, a well known Western New York artist who died tragically this year. She took time from her busy schedule to mentor me when I began creating art. She herself did not begin painting until she was in her 50's. Her web site may be operational again.... "Thelma Winter Studio".
